The Flower Girl

Jeg har igjen forsøkt meg på en LO, og jeg syns det er morsommere og morsommere. Har alltid tenkt at LO'er - nei, det får jeg sikkert ikke til, men jeg syns de blir veldig fine!

I had another go at a LO, and I think it's more fun each time I try. I've always thought that LO's is something I probably couldn't do, but I really think they turn out great!

This is a photo of my beautiful niece Tessa, who is now 15 years old and equally beautiful - both inside and out!

 

Jeg bestilte en Cricut Expression på eBay, så utrolig mye billigere enn i Norge eller Sverige, og er strålende fornøyd med den og alt den kan gjøre! Det er mye å sette seg inn i, men med hjelp av Above Rubies Studio går det fort fremover! Her har jeg kuttet ut bokstaver i to farger.

I ordered a Cricut Expression on eBay, so much cheaper than in Norway or Sweden, and I'm so happy with the machine and everything that it can do! It's a lot to learn, but with the help of Above Rubies Studio I'm learning fast! Here I made letters in two colors.

Fairy Tilda

Her er den andre bestillingen jeg fikk, også dette kortet for min søte venninne Elisabeth, denne gangen ett kort til sin søster 40. fødselsdag. Hun ønsket feer og engler, og resten var opp til meg. jeg kjente sommervarmen og følte at varme, klare gule farger var tingen her.

This is the second request I got, also this from my sweet friend Elisabeth, this time for her sisters 40th birthday. She wanted fairies and angels, and the rest was up to me. I was feeling the heat of summer, and warm bright yellow colors came to mind.

 
Jeg har lenge hatt lyst til å lage dette kortet som Marianne har laget en super tutorial på for StampARTic.

I've been wanting to make this card for some time now, after seeing the great tutorial Marianne made for StampARTic.

Jeg har brukt Bazill cardstock og DP fra Nille. Stempelet Tilda fra Magnolia er fargelagt med Copics og alle kanter er svertet med Distress ink Rusty Hinge og Wild Honey. Dies er Spellbinders, bursdagstekst er Norsk Stempelblad, men teksten inni husker jeg ikke hvor jeg kjøpte. Tall er Making Memories og bokstaver er Cosmo Cricket Tiny Type.
De små blomstene er retro punch mini fra EKSuccess og halvperlene er fra Nille. Charms fra Kuttut, bånd fra eget stash og pin fra The Ribbon Girl. 

I've used Bazill cardstock and DP from Nille. The stamp is Tilda from Magnolia, colored with Copics, and all the edges are inked with Distress ink Rusty Hinge and Wild Honey. Dies are Spellbinders, corner text from Norsk Stempelblad. I don't remember where I got the angel text. Numbers from Making Memories and letters are Cosmo cricket Tiny Type. The small flowers are made by EKSuccess small retro punch and the pearls are from Nille. Charms from Kuttut, ribbon from private stash and pin from The Ribbon Girl.

Jeg vant Cute Cards Thursdays utfordring denne uken med dette kortet, med tema Pins & Pearls, og er stolt av å legge ut deres logo her på siden! / I won Cute Cards Thursdays' challenge this week with this card, the theme was Pins & Pearls, and I'm proud to post their banner here!

 

Karate Kid!

Jeg har vært borte en stund, men det betyr ikke at jeg ikke har fått laget noe. Jeg har fått noen bestillinger og jeg elsker å lage bestilingskort! Først kommer dette konfirmasjonskortet til en ung mann som har taekwondo som sin store lidenskap.

I've been absent for a while, but that doesn't meen that I haven't had time to make anything! I've had a few requests, and I love making cards for others. 
First up is this confirmation card for a young man whos passion is taekwondo.

Cardstock er Bazill og DP er tre forskjellige; 2 fra Nille og ett med karate motiv som jeg kjøpte på Scrappiness. Jeg har brukt spellbinders dies, Bakers Twine fra The Ribbon Girl, tekststempelet på utsiden er fra Kreativ Hobby, det inni er fra Stempelglede. 
Motivet er et digistempel fra Mo Manning, fargelagt med Copics. Alle kanter er svertet med Distress Black Soot, bokstavene er Making Memories mini shimmer, knappene er gamle og amuletten kjøpt i en blomsterbutikk i Spania. 
Bretteteknikken har jeg fått fra den utrolig talentfulle Lena Katrine her. Sjekk ut flere av hennes flotte kreasjoner.


Cardstock is Bazill and DP is a combination of 2 from Nille and 1 from Scrappiness. I've used Spellbinders dies, bakers twine from The Ribbon Girl, text on the outside is from Kreativ Hobby and the inside is Stempelglede. The motif is a digistamp from Mo Manning, colored with Copics. All the edges have been distress with Distress ink Black Soot, letters are Making Memories Mini Shimmer, the button from my stash and I bought the amulet in a flower shop i Spain.

Ladies day out...

Solen skinner, sneen smelter og jeg kjenner at våren nærmer seg med stormskritt. Hva er da mer naturlig enn å begynne å ta frem stemplene som kompletterer vårfølelsen. 
Dette brettekortet har jeg hatt lyst til å prøve meg på lenge, og når Gio hadde en suveren tutorial på Whiff of Joy var det bare å hoppe i det! 

The sun is shining, the snow is melting and I can really feel spring coming fast. What is then more natural than to bring out the stamps that completes that wonderful feeling!
I've been wanting to make this folding card for a long time, and when Gio now had this amazing tutorial at Whiff of Joy, I jumped right into it! 

   Cardstock er Bazill og designpapiret er fra Nille. Det herlige stempelet er ett av de første jeg kjøpte, men jeg husker ikke hvor jeg kjøpte det fra. Jeg har fargelagt med Copics på mitt nye Xpress It blending papir som jeg er ufattelig imponert over så langt!!!! Blomster fra Panduro og tråd fra The Ribbon Girl.

Cardstock is Bazill and the patterned paper is from Nille. This wonderful stamp is one of the first ones I bought, but I can't for the life of me remember where I got it from... I colored it with Copics on my new Xpress It blending cards, that I'm truly impressed with so far!!! The flowers are from Panduro and the string is from The Ribbon Girl.

Stars and hugs

Det er virkelig ikke lett å ligge unna nettbutikker når det finnes så utrolig mange fine blogger, fulle av fantastiske kreasjoner, ideer og fristelser, men jeg klarer meg enn så lenge! Kun 47 kort igjen å lage... :)

It's really not easy to stay away from webshops when there are so many incredible blogs, ful of amazing creations, ideas and temptations, men I'm doing good so far!
Only 47 more cards to make... :)

Dette kortet kom frem etter å ha brukt helgen til å øve på Copic tusjer med Make it Craftys supre videotutorials på repeat. De kan anbefales, Zoe er ufattelig dyktig!
Her har jeg brukt Bazill cardstock, Basic Grey designpapir sammen med Kaiser scrapbook. Stempelet er nydelige Tilda fra Magnolia, som sagt fargelagt med Copics og tekststempelet er Whimsy Stamps. Stjernestempel fra Inkido. Swirl dies er Flourish fra QK, firkant dies er Spellbinders og sirkel dies er QK Nesties. Sketchen er CLP Challenge #34.

This card is the result of first using the weekend to practise using my Copic markers while watching Make it Crafty's amazing video tutorials over and over. I highly recommend them, Zoe is just incredibly skilful!
Here I've used Bazill cardstock, Basic Grey design paper toghether with a paper from Kaiser scrapbook. The stamp is beautiful Tilda from Magnolia, colored with Copics and the text stamp is from Whimsy Stamps. The star stamp is Inkido, the swirl die is Flourish from QK, the square is Spellbinders and the circle is QK Nesties. The sketch is CLP Challenge #34.
