Linn-tin-tin!

Min kjære venninne Linn fylte 40 år og jeg ville gi henne en virkelig personlig gave og fant ut at minialbum var det eneste riktige. Fy søren som jeg koste meg da jeg lagde dette. Digger Nature‘s Garden serien til Prima og ikke minst muligheten til å pøse på med herlig pynt og blomster! Når motivene på bildene er så fine som dette er det virkelig ingen sak å lage fine ting!

My dear friend Linn turned 40 and I wanted to give her a really personal gift. I found out that a minialbum was the perfect thing to make, and boy did I have a good time making this little beauty. I totally dig Primas Nature‘s Garden line and not to mention the chance to fill up pages with gorgous embellishments and flowers. When the pictures are as pretty as here, it‘s easy to make pretty things!

Det er tar litt vel lang tid å oppsummere hva jeg har brukt, men spør gjerne hvis det er noe dere lurer på.

Prima; Flying solo with Nature's Garden album.

Som jeg har sagt tidligere hadde jeg dessverre ikke mulighet til å delta på Prima kurs på Bikuben tirsdag den 27/3, og var veldig lei meg, men søte Cari Fennell lot meg ta bilde av albumet som skulle lages, hjalp meg å finne de fleste produktene som skulle brukes og så gikk jeg i gang på egenhånd. Dette var ett innmari morsomt album å lage og det ble utrolig vakkert!!

Like I've said before, I had no chance to attend the Prima classes at Bikuben on Tuesday the 27/3 and I was so sad for that, but the ever so sweet Cari Fennell let me take pictures of the album they were making, helped me find most of the products that were used and then I started to fly solo on this one. It was such a fun album to make and the result is so beautiful!

 Jeg ville lage ett minialbum fra bryllupsreisen vår i Karibien i januar, og dette albumet passet perfekt! / I wanted to make a minialbum from our honeymoon in the Caribbian in January, and this album fit perfectly!

 Jeg valgte hovedsaklig små bilder slik at designet på albumet fortsatt var i fokus. / I chose mainly small pictures so that the album's design remained in focus.

 Den nydelige solnedgangen i New Jersey! / The amazing sunset seen from New Jersey.

En av de mange perfekte måneskinnskveldene på båten. Nesten uvirkelig! / One of the many perfect moonlit nights on the vessel. Almost unreal!

Prima; Songbird Mini Album!

Her er det fantastisk vakre albumet vi lagde på Sharon Laakkonen sitt kurs på Bikuben! Nydelige papirer og fantastiske detaljer - selvfølgelig - det er jo Prima! Kvelden med Sharon og Cari Fennell var så ufattelig koselig! Stiftet nye bekjentskaper med herlige scrappere, lærte masse nytt og fikk boltre oss i Primas herlige nyheter! Dessverre rakk vi ikke å gjøre ferdig albumet på kurset, men jeg fikk det ferdig nå i helgen og er strålende fornøyd. Valgte flotte bilder fra vår romantiske langweekend i Paris i september som passet flott til albumets tema.

Here is the beautiful mini album we made at Sharon Laakkonens class at Bikuben! Gorgous papers and amazing details - of course - it's Prima! The night with Sharon and Cari Fennell was oh so sweet. Made new acquaintances with wonderful scrappers, learned so much and got to play with Prima's great new lines! Time went so fast we actually didn't have time to finish our album in class, so I finished it this weekend with  pictures from our romantic weekend in Paris in September. I'm really happy with the result!

Jeg har fått fullstendig dilla på mini-album med tags og ikke minst ideene til den ufattelig spennende og inspirerende Clare med My Creative Spirit-kanalen på You Tube. 

Hun lager så fantastiske ting og legger ut suverene tutorials som er lette å følge og utrolig inspirerende! Her har jeg fulgt videoen "How to make an envelope pocket album" og jeg digger resultatet.

I am totally hooked on mini-albums with tags and not to mention the ideas from the incredibly talented and inspiring Clare with My Creative Spirit channel on YouTube. She make the most amazing things and posts great tutorials that are so easy to follow and just so inspiring! Here I've followed the "How to make an envelope album" and I love the result!

Mini mini album a la Yasmin...

Igjen har jeg fulgt en av mine absolutt favorittscrappere, Yasmin's ide og laget min "egen" versjon. 

Jeg er det første til å innrømme at denne ikke er veldig forskjellig fra originalen, og det selvfølgelig fordi originalen var så innmari innmari fin!

Again I've copied one of my alltime favourite scrappers, Yasmin's, idea and made "my own". I am the first to admit that this mini mini album is very much alike the original, of course because the original was sooooo beautiful.

About time!

Oiiii! Det er blitt ett nytt år, vi har vært på bryllupsreise, dagene blir lysere og jeg har bare lagt ut en post hittill, og det var i kveld! Ting skjer fort! 

Jeg har ikke vært super aktiv på scrappefronten i det siste; jul, jobb, ferie og hverdag har tatt masse tid, men nå har jeg igjen inspirasjon og lyst til å sitte i godrommet i kjelleren, med den nye peisovnen knitrende og hunden krøllet sammen ved bena. Da er livet godt.

Ooops!!! A new year has started, we've been on our honeymoon, the days are getting brighter and lighter every day and I've only managed to post once this year - and that was earlier tonight!

I haven't been overly active with my scrapping lately; Christmas, work, vacation and everyday life has seen to that, but now I'm starting to feel the inspiration again and love sitting in my favorite room in the basement, with a fire in the fireplace and the dog snuggeling by my feet. Then life is good.

Her om dagen skulle jeg i bursdag til min kjære nabo, som er en ivrig blogger og en fantastisk interiørkonsulent, og jeg hadde lyst til å lage noe spesielt med innslag fra bloggen hennes. Resultatet ble ett kjempe lekkert minialbum, helt i hennes stil og farger, med både nye ting og stash fra skuffer og bokser som jeg helt hadde glemt at jeg hadde.

The other day I was invited to celebrate my dear neighbor's birthday, who is an avid blogger and a fantastic interior consultant, and I wanted to make something special with ideas from her blog. The result was a mini album in her style and colors, with both new things and stash from boxes and drawers that I had totally forgotten about.
